League Planning Applications
For all but the simplest projects these need to be thoroughly prepared using skilful and well briefed arguments. We are usually instructed to initially appraise the likelihood of a successful development outcome before other consultants are brought in, then advise on the appointment of consultants (if the case warrants it), then conduct informal discussions with Council Planning Officers and finally front the submission of a planning application and carefully monitor its progress. We offer a full architectural and landscape design service to support an application from selected consultants.
Planning Appeals
We conduct planning appeals where clients have not used our services at the application stage and have received a refusal of consent, or are under the threat of enforcement action.
